In recent times we have become used to the acronym means ZTL limited traffic area of the old town but LTZ is not only this. From 11 November to 16 December, the city will be a Talent Liberated Zone. What is it? It 'a new project of the Municipality and the Department of Culture to promote the work of street artists in the pre-Christmas atmosphere and create a lively and animated every Friday in that period.
An idea born with the vision, an association that organized the Naples Strite Festival (the largest Italian festival for the arts in the street), to create a more pleasant and liveable areas affected by the restriction of movement and at the same time give opportunity to the many street artists to perform freely and engage citizens in time of celebration and sharing before Christmas.
The places that are populated by artists will then be those of the commercial and historical center of Vomero where there will be a parade to celebrate the Via Scarlatti last day of this event.
The dates of these performances are as follows:
Nov. 11 (Largo S. Giovanni Maggiore Pignatelli, new benches, Piazza Santa Maria La Nova)
Nov. 18 (Duomo, Piazza San Domenico Maggiore)
Nov. 25 (via Toledo, piazza Dante)
December 2 (Corso Umberto)
December 9 (Piazza del Gesù, Piazza Miraglia, Piazza Bellini)
Dec. 16 (via Scarlatti)
